Sound Judgment Governs My Thoughts and Activities
I will meditate on thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways [Psalm
119:15].
I realize that the appearance of inharmony in any of my activities
points to some infringement and some misrepresentation of the Presence
of God in my own thought and act.
The appearance points the way to the lesser thought-life within.
I learn this lesson; I am eager to make right my thoughts about the particular situation confronting
me now.
I open my heart to the judgment that will enable me to steer
a truer course.
Turning to the great and healing Love of the Christ of God within me and
within everyone concerned, I put my trust in this Power to transcend
every incident of envy, distrust and anger.
I accept its action in my heart, which I cleanse from any inclination
to disparage others for argument’s sake, or the desire
to achieve a personal victory without harmony and peace and right
action for everyone.
Affirmative Prayer:
I keep myself in constant awareness of God’s Love and
give thanks for the privilege and the opportunity of sharing
it.
I dedicate myself today to this accomplishment.
It alone is the fulfillment of my life.
It opens the door of my heart to the attainment of order and fear is
blocked.
I let my judgment of everyone be only that
God’s Love animates and inspires them to act on accordance
with It.
I am grateful for the harvest of Good that Love thus prepares
for us.
