Humility
Angel of the Indwelling Christ
Angels, ascending and descending – The imaging
power of mind receiving divine ideas and reflecting them into
consciousness
Matthew 4:11, Mark 13:26-27, John 1:51, Hebrews 1:14.
Jesus said, “Whoever humbles himself as this little child
is greatest in the kingdom of Heaven."
When you are humble, you do not act as if you are more important
than other people.
You are happy to serve others and think other people’s
needs are important.
You recognize that no task is too low or undignified.
You don’t expect others or yourself to be perfect.
Humility means giving up those things to which you are entitled
and offering them freely to God or someone else.
Humility is admitting we are weak before and knowing God that the incarnate
Christ of God can fill us with Faith, Strength and Power
and raise us up.
When you are humble you don’t criticize others and yourself.
You admit mistakes and learn from them.
Sometimes mistakes are our best teachers.
Affirmation:
I am humble. I learn from my mistakes. I do not
judge others or myself. I value my ability to keep growing
and learning. My soul shall make its boast in the invisible and incarnate
Christ of God, the Lord of my being.
