Dr. Thomas is the Founder, President and Spiritual Director of NEW THOUGHT MINISTRIES, the teaching and healing arm of the Richmond, Virginia based, PHOENIX CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, a non-profit, federally approved and registered Public Charity.

Participants are encouraged to join the Community at The Richmond Hill Retreat Center for Evening Prayer at 6:00pm, followed by supper at 6:30pm. A $5 dollar donation is requested for supper.
